Heather Doherty Benefit
Sunday, November 1
Society Clubhouse
967 College Street — Toronto
1 PM–2 AM
Advance Admission: $25
Join us for a full day and night of live music, friends, neighbours and community support as we come together to help Heather Doherty after a devastating house fire.
Heather is a longtime member of the Roncesvalles community and ran Maggie's Farm on Roncesvalles for approximately 15 years. After losing her home and virtually everything she owned in the fire, she is facing the enormous job of rebuilding her life without insurance.
We're taking over Society Clubhouse for an all-day benefit featuring 11 bands and musicians from Toronto, with an all-ages afternoon matinee followed by a 19+ evening show.
Along with live music, the benefit will include a silent auction/raffle, vendors, drinks, snacks, benefit merchandise and more.

WHY WE'RE DOING THIS
Heather escaped the fire with her dog, Harley, but the loss was enormous. She was uninsured, and the expenses didn't end when the fire was put out.
Funds raised through the benefit will help with immediate living expenses and temporary housing, as well as the ongoing work required at the damaged property, including cleanup, rubble removal, mould remediation and necessary electrical and plumbing work.
Buying a ticket doesn't just get you into a great show. It helps one of our neighbours get through an incredibly difficult time.
Good music for bad times.
